Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Client” refers to any person(s) or company who has booked a service with Toledo Real Estate Media. “Photographer” refers to any individual or entity representing Toledo Real Estate Media.

Scheduling and Contact Information

Clients can request photography appointments via text, email, phone call, social media messaging services, or through our online scheduler. We will confirm the date, time, and location of the shoot within 24 hours of the request. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered “booked”. We primarily operate in the Toledo, Ohio area. For listings outside our service area, please call or text (419) 386-0065 with the listing’s address for availability. Listings outside the Toledo, Ohio Area require a Bundled Service.

At the Shoot

The Client or an authorized representative must be present at the shoot to approve the Photographer’s interpretation of the project. If no representative is present, the Photographer’s interpretation will be deemed acceptable. Client supplied “shoot lists” can be followed, however the Photographer’s interpretation will be deemed acceptable if the Client or authorized representative is not present. The property must be staged, cleaned, or otherwise ready and prepared prior to the shoot, as properties will be shot “As Is”. Any post-production requests for item removal will incur additional charges.

If a property is not in an acceptable disposition for safety, Toledo Real Estate Media reserves the right to refuse service unless the safety concerns can be corrected immediately. A $75 cancellation fee will incur if the photographer has to refuse service due to safety reasons.

A $75 cancellation fee will incur if the photographer has to refuse service due to these reasons.

At a cost, Toledo Real Estate Media will utilize health and sanitation gear and equipment when deemed proper to complete a shoot. It’s up to the client to provide a safe, clean, and acceptable environment for photography services. The minimum charge for this is $100 and will not exceed $250.

After the Shoot

Images will be digitally retouched and delivered within 24-48 hours after the photoshoot, unless otherwise specified. All images will be available in both High Resolution and MLS Resolution. Coming back to re-shoot is subject to an additional charge.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours prior to the shoot. Any shoot canceled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. Cancellation within the hour or at the photoshoot incurs a $75 fee.
