Choose Zillow 3D Home when an interactive residential listing experience is a priority. Buyers can move between captured viewpoints and connect rooms with the interactive floor plan. Still photographs remain useful for introducing the property; the tour gives viewers a way to explore the connections between them.
- Prepare the full route through the home, including transitions between rooms.
- Confirm the property address and the Zillow listing with us.
- Tell us which floors, rooms and additional spaces need to be captured.
BEFORE AND AFTER THE VISIT
Prepare once. Share thoughtfully.
Make the rooms accessible and consistently tidy. A tour can show more of each room than a carefully framed still photograph, so put away paperwork, personal information and anything you do not want visible online. Let us know about occupied areas, pets or overlapping contractors before the appointment.
Tour and floor-plan delivery follows platform processing. Confirm the included outputs and your launch deadline with us before booking. A downloaded photograph or floor-plan file does not preserve the interactive tour itself.

A clear large-property fee.
- Up to 2,500 ft²: no large-property fee.
- Over 2,500 through 4,000 ft²: add $50.
- Over 4,000 ft²: add $100 total.
The large-property fee applies separately to listing photography and each 3D-tour service ordered. It is added to the balance at delivery. For a 4,200 ft² home, listing photography adds $100; listing photography plus one 3D tour adds $200 in large-property fees. These amounts are in addition to the agreed base service prices.
We confirm the services and property size before the appointment. Existing confirmed orders retain their agreed prices and terms.

We confirm the tour, floor-plan outputs and captured areas for your order. Platform features and the service you order are not interchangeable.
