An iGUIDE presentation combines an interactive view of the space with the layout information in your selected service. It is a useful option when viewers need to understand room relationships, circulation or how different parts of a property fit together.
Start with the questions your audience needs answered. A homeowner may want to show how living areas connect; a commercial client may need viewers to understand an available suite and its access. Tell us which areas matter and which files you will need.

Order the outputs your project needs.
- Confirm every floor and included area before capture.
- Identify the floor-plan and downloadable file options you require.
- Make all agreed spaces accessible and flag restricted or private areas.
- Discuss the intended use of measurements and plans before ordering.
iGUIDE has different packages and optional outputs. We do not assume that every vendor feature is part of a TREM order. Delivery depends on processing and the outputs selected; confirm your deadline and hosting arrangements when planning the project.

A clear large-property fee.
- Up to 2,500 ft²: no large-property fee.
- Over 2,500 through 4,000 ft²: add $50.
- Over 4,000 ft²: add $100 total.
The large-property fee applies separately to listing photography and each 3D-tour service ordered. It is added to the balance at delivery. For a 4,200 ft² home, listing photography adds $100; listing photography plus one 3D tour adds $200 in large-property fees. These amounts are in addition to the agreed base service prices.
We confirm the services and property size before the appointment. Existing confirmed orders retain their agreed prices and terms.

TREM provides media for commercial properties. Share the property type, access requirements and intended use so we can confirm a suitable capture and deliverable scope.
