Toledo Real Estate Media wants its website, booking process, communications, and services to be usable by people with disabilities.

Our current work

TREM uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a technical target for the public website and online booking experience. We are reviewing and improving navigation, keyboard operation, focus visibility, labels and instructions, form errors, color contrast, text resizing, mobile layouts, captions, and compatibility with assistive technology.

We do not claim that every page or third-party booking feature fully conforms at this time. Some parts of the booking experience are provided through a separate platform, and we are working to identify and address limitations within our control and with the platform provider.

Alternate ways to obtain service

If a disability makes it difficult to use the website or booking system, TREM will provide information and assist with booking through an alternate method without an accessibility surcharge.

Feedback and accommodation requests

We welcome reports about accessibility barriers. TREM will review the issue, respond through an appropriate channel, and work toward a practical solution. If the issue involves a third-party platform, we may also coordinate with that provider while continuing to offer an alternate way to obtain service.

Ongoing review

TREM reviews accessibility when the website, booking platform, forms, services, or vendors materially change. This statement will be updated as our testing and remediation work progresses.
